🚀 Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior SAP TRM / BCM / CM Consultant to join an important SAP transformation initiative within an international environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, facilitating workshops with stakeholders, defining functional solutions, and contributing to treasury and financial management initiatives within complex SAP landscapes.
This role combines strong functional expertise with stakeholder management, solution design, and documentation responsibilities.
🛠 Responsibilities
Analyze business and functional requirements related to SAP Treasury processes.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with business stakeholders.
Define solution approaches and support functional design activities.
Prepare functional documentation, solution designs, and project deliverables.
Participate in SAP Treasury and Cash Management initiatives.
Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure solution alignment.
Support solution design, implementation, and optimization activities.
Ensure documentation follows project standards and best practices.
Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
💻 Requirements
7+ years of experience in SAP projects.
Strong experience with SAP TRM (Treasury and Risk Management).
Strong experience with SAP BCM (Bank Communication Management).
Strong experience with SAP CM (Cash Management).
Experience in treasury and financial management processes.
Experience gathering business requirements and conducting stakeholder workshops.
Experience creating functional documentation and solution designs.
Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in international projects.
Advanced English (mandatory).

Experience with additional SAP Finance modules.
Experience in rollout, template, or transformation projects.
Knowledge of SAP treasury integration processes.
Previous experience working in multinational environments.
Experience leading teams or coordinating functional activities.
