Epic Revenue Cycle Manager

We are looking for a Revenue Cycle Analyst Manager to oversee our Hospital Billing (HB), Professional Billing (PB), and Patient Access analyst teams.
In this role, you will drive operational efficiency, lead complex system projects, and manage strategic vendor partnerships to optimize our overall revenue cycle performance.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of Revenue Cycle Analysts specializing in HB, PB, and Patient Access modules.
Project Execution: Lead end-to-end system implementations, updates, and continuous optimization projects to ensure seamless revenue workflows.
Vendor & Partnership Management: Oversee strategic relationships with external vendors and effectively integrate 3rd-party revenue cycle service models into existing operations.
Project Management: Apply formal project management methodologies to keep cross-functional revenue cycle initiatives on schedule, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
Certifications: Must be Epic Hospital Billing (HB) certified
Expertise: Proven experience managing analyst teams across Hospital Billing (HB), Professional Billing (PB), and Patient Access.
Project Lifecycle Experience: Hands-on experience driving revenue cycle system implementations, major upgrades, and ongoing process optimizations.
Vendor & Service Models: Track record of successfully managing vendor relationships and working within a 3rd-party revenue cycle services model.
Skillset: Strong project management, analytical problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
