🌙 Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
💼 Experience: 3–8 Years in US Staffing
What We’re Looking For:
Experience handling US IT & Non-IT recruitment
Strong sourcing & screening skills
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter & Job Boards
Knowledge of W2, 1099, C2C, USC, GC & H1B
Experience with Bullhorn / JobDiva
Good understanding of VMS/MSP portals
Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills
🔥 What You’ll Do:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, submissions, negotiations, offers, and onboarding for US-based requirements.
