Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for managing Diagnex’s presence across social media platforms. This role involves planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and publishing engaging content, and optimizing posts to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness. The Social Media Manager will monitor performance metrics, analyze audience behavior, and adjust strategies to support marketing and communication goals. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams to align messaging, responding to audience interactions in a professional manner, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across channels. The role also includes staying updated on social media trends in healthcare and implementing best practices to strengthen Diagnex’s digital reputation.
Qualifications
Ability to develop and execute effective Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies.
Strong Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage online audiences.
Experience in Content Strategy and Writing for social media, with a focus on clear, accurate, and engaging messaging.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic performance reporting.
Prior experience managing social media for healthcare or service-oriented brands is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
Capacity to work on-site in Mumbai, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Understanding of digital branding, online reputation management, and basic graphic or video content coordination is beneficial.
Must know Social Media handling, running Meta Ads with proper targeting, designing creatives for Social Media.
Will be monitoring, managing and uplifting the company's LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook Accounts.
