Role Description The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist at Diagnex is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for improving the organic visibility of Diagnex’s digital properties through comprehensive keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO best practices. The SEO Specialist will conduct regular SEO audits, analyze performance data using web analytics tools, and recommend actionable improvements to increase traffic and conversions. Day-to-day tasks include managing link-building efforts, collaborating with content and marketing teams to align SEO strategies, monitoring search engine trends and algorithm updates, and preparing performance reports for stakeholders. The role also involves identifying new opportunities for organic growth, ensuring SEO compliance across web pages, and supporting broader digital marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong skills in keyword research and on-page SEO to optimize content, metadata, and site structure.
Experience conducting SEO audits and implementing technical and content-related improvements.
Proficiency in link-building strategies and managing high-quality backlink profiles.
Ability to use web analytics and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to track performance and derive insights.
Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and current SEO best practices.
Experience collaborating with content, product, and marketing teams to integrate SEO into broader campaigns.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in healthcare, health tech, or multi-location service businesses is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
