Job Type: Remote
Pay Range: $70/hr.- $75/hr.

Job Summary:
Client is seeking a Security Compliance Analyst II / Security Engineer to support Data Center security, physical security, risk management, and security operations. This is an individual contributor role focused on protecting critical infrastructure and supporting security strategy, standards, incident response, and business continuity.
Key Requirements:
4–8 years of experience in mission-critical infrastructure and physical security design
Experience in technical/data center environments or AI-component manufacturing facilities
Strong knowledge of physical security and risk management
Experience developing and administering security strategies and standards
Experience with access management, guard force operations, alarm response, and incident management
Understanding of business continuity and disaster recovery
Strong cross-functional communication with technical and non-technical teams
Ability to define security requirements and influence business/technical stakeholders
Experience securing high-value/high-risk assets is preferred
Ideal Background:
Candidates with a combination of data center/technical infrastructure + physical security experience are preferred over candidates whose experience is limited to traditional physical security.
