Sage X3 Support Analyst

Allredi is seeking a Sage X3 Support Analyst to support our day-to-day ERP operations and ongoing technology initiatives. This role will serve as a key resource for Sage X3 users across the organization, providing technical and functional support, troubleshooting system issues, testing enhancements, and helping improve business processes.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Sage X3 ERP, strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, and a customer-focused approach to supporting end users. This individual will take ownership of support requests from initial intake through resolution, working closely with internal teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors when necessary.
This is primarily a remote position, with occasional in-office visits that may be required based on business or project needs.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Troubleshoot and resolve Sage X3 ERP issues reported by users
Communicate effectively with end users regarding issue status, resolutions, and system changes
Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and process efficiencies
Escalate complex issues to third-party vendors and support partners as needed and track them through resolution
Test system enhancements, patches, and configuration changes
Maintain system documentation and support procedures
Assist with user training and knowledge sharing
Enforce system security standards and best practices
Adapt to evolving business processes and technology requirements
Participate in special projects, upgrades, and ERP-related initiatives
Experience with Sage X3 ERP
Strong software testing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Own and manage the full incident lifecycle from intake through resolution
Provide solutions to end user issues related to Sage X3
Deliver exceptional customer service and user support
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Responsive and proactive in addressing user requests and system issues
Willingness to learn new processes, technologies, and adapt to changing business requirements
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors
Escalate issues to third-party providers and partners, when necessary, while maintaining ownership of resolution
Troubleshoot ERP system issues and identify root causes to prevent recurring problems
Work effectively within a team environment to resolve complex support cases
Understands life cycle of purchasing and sales
Knowledge of Windows Server administration
Basic SQL knowledge and troubleshooting experience
Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or integrations
Strong customer service and relationship management skills
Work Hours:
This position is fully remote but working hours of Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm Central Standard Time are required with night or weekend hours as needed to support strategic initiatives. This position may occasionally require in-office visits, but the majority of the role will be remote.
