Role Overview
Client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with hands-on Coupa experience to support design and requirements traceability for a global procurement transformation. This role will convert workshops and stakeholder inputs into clear process documentation, requirements, gaps, decisions, acceptance criteria, and test-ready evidence across regional and platform workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and document discovery, design, validation, and decision-making workshops with business, regional, and technology stakeholders.
Map current-state and future-state procurement processes, including regional variations, handoffs, controls, and exception paths.
Elicit, analyze, document, and refine business and functional requirements for Coupa Procurement, Coupa CaaS, and related source-to-pay processes.
Translate approved design decisions into clear requirements, user stories, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
Develop and support SIT and UAT scenarios, test scripts, defect triage, regression tracking, and acceptance evidence for multiple deployment waves.
Partner with Coupa, LevelPath, CHR, regional leads, and workstream owners to clarify requirements and resolve design or delivery questions.
Validate completed evidence and support regional readiness and go-live gates for North America, China, Poland, Mexico, and other program regions.
Required Qualifications
Hands-on Coupa experience in a business analysis, implementation, optimization, functional consulting, or product-owner capacity.
Demonstrated experience documenting requirements, process flows, user stories, business rules, gaps, decisions, and acceptance criteria.
Strong understanding of source-to-pay or procure-to-invoice processes, including requisitioning, approvals, purchase orders, invoicing, supplier processes, and testing.
Experience facilitating workshops and working directly with business stakeholders, technical teams, implementation partners, and vendors.
Experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect triage, regression testing, and business acceptance.
Ability to distinguish global-template requirements from regional localization and maintain disciplined traceability across both.
Excellent analytical, documentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work remotely and participate consistently during U.S. Central Time business hours.
Professional English fluency, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Coupa Procurement, Coupa Invoicing, Coupa CaaS, Coupa Expense, or multi-country Coupa deployments.
Experience with LevelPath or another intake/orchestration platform.
Experience supporting global procurement transformations with concurrent regional design, build, and testing tracks.
Familiarity with agile delivery, three-week sprint cadences, shared backlogs, Design Authority governance, and formal readiness gates.
Experience with process-mapping or requirements-management tools and structured evidence repositories.
