Assurance Manager / Senior Manager | Top 200 CPA Firm | Remote (WA & OR)
Location: Fully Remote for candidates residing in Washington or Oregon
I'm partnering with a growing Top 200 CPA firm with offices in Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA that is seeking an Assurance Manager or Senior Manager to join its expanding assurance practice.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a CPA who enjoys leading audit engagements, building client relationships, and mentoring high-performing teams. The firm offers a collaborative culture, strong leadership, and a clear path for long-term career growth.
What You'll Do
• Lead audit, review, and assurance engagements from planning through issuance
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, business owners, and firm leadership
• Manage engagement budgets, staffing, timelines, and profitability
• Mentor and develop associates, seniors, and supervisors
• Support practice growth through client relationship management and business development initiatives
What We're Looking For
• Active CPA license required
• 5+ years of public accounting audit/assurance experience for Manager-level candidates
• 7+ years of public accounting audit/assurance experience for Senior Manager-level candidates
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and GAAS
• Proven leadership, project management, and client relationship management skills
