Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Real Estate & Outsourced Services Counsel to support a fast-paced Commercial Legal team. This role will focus on high-volume real estate, design and construction, workplace services, outsourced services, and other complex commercial transactions across domestic and international operations.
What You’ll Do
Lead negotiation of real estate, design/construction, workplace services, and other commercial agreements
Negotiate high-value outsourced services agreements supporting global business operations
Advise on data security, privacy, AI, and general commercial risk issues
Own transactions from intake through signature, coordinating with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts
Manage outside counsel, including scope, quality, and cost
Partner with attorneys, contract managers, and business teams to improve templates, processes, systems, and contracting workflows
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of relevant commercial and/or real estate legal experience
Strong experience negotiating commercial real estate leases and design/construction agreements
Experience supporting office leases and build-outs across domestic and international locations
Experience negotiating complex outsourced services and commercial agreements
Strong understanding of privacy, data security, AI, and related commercial considerations
Prior experience supporting a technology company strongly preferred
Ability to independently manage a high volume of transactions and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong business judgment, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience with Ironclad and Google Workspace preferred; familiarity with legal AI and workflow tools is a plus.
