Executive Vice President

Role Description The Executive Vice President role is a full-time remote position responsible for driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment across EnrollinX. The Executive Vice President will oversee key departments, set and execute long-term strategies, and ensure that product, engineering, marketing, and partnerships are aligned with the company’s mission and business goals. This role includes leading senior leaders, managing performance against KPIs, and fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Day-to-day responsibilities involve strategic planning, stakeholder management, investor and partner communication, risk assessment, and decision-making on resource allocation and prioritization. The Executive Vice President will also play a central role in expanding market reach, strengthening relationships with education partners, employers, and service providers, and ensuring a seamless experience for international students.
Qualifications
Proven senior executive leadership experience, preferably as an EVP, COO, or similar role in a technology, education, or SaaS environment.
Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with a track record of driving growth, scaling operations, and managing cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, including investors, partners, customers, and internal leadership.
Experience in product-led organizations, with familiarity in AI-driven platforms, CRM systems, or student lifecycle solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and align diverse teams in a remote environment.
Comfort with data-driven decision-making, including setting KPIs, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing process improvements.
Understanding of international education markets, student recruitment, or career services is highly beneficial.
Advanced degree in business, management, technology, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures, with a commitment to inclusive, equitable leadership.
