Who We're Looking For
We want experienced producers who know how to build relationships, generate business, and manage a successful pipeline.
You should have:
Mortgage Loan Officer / Mortgage Loan Originator experience
A minimum of 12 closed loans per year
An active NMLS license in good standing
Strong knowledge of residential mortgage products and guidelines
A proven ability to generate and develop business
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to effectively manage your pipeline
Comfort working with LOS, POS, CRM, and other mortgage technology
A self-motivated, growth-oriented mindset
A commitment to compliance, integrity, and exceptional customer service
