Loan Factory is seeking highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Loan Officers to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct interviews with self-sourced borrowers to evaluate financial needs and creditworthiness.
Recommend appropriate loan products, terms, and features based on client profiles
Guide clients through the application, documentation, and underwriting process
Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams throughout the loan lifecycle
Qualifications:
Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license required
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Prior mortgage or lending experience preferred
