- Have strong storytelling, character development, and narrative skills.
- Can self-edit and revise their work for clarity, grammar, and consistency.
- Are comfortable using digital writing and publishing tools.
- Write in English.
- Are committed to building and engaging with a readership.
- Prior experience as an indie author, webnovel writer, or content creator is an advantage, but not required.
