A growth-stage Field Service Management SaaS company is seeking a foundational Account Executive with a hunter mentality to drive net-new revenue across the United States and Canada. This role reports directly to the CEO and owns the full sales cycle selling to operational leaders responsible for maintenance, fleet, compliance, and asset management.

Role
Individual contributor Account Executive responsible for managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
$90k to $115k base salary with $150k to $180k OTE, uncapped commissions, and accelerators for exceeding quota.
$750k quota, with average deal sizes ranging from $18k to $40k SaaS, plus $15k to $30k implementation, and an average sales cycle of approximately 30-90 days.
Remote role covering U.S. and Canada, selling to senior leaders including VP of Maintenance, Operations leaders, Fleet Managers, and Compliance executives.
AEs are responsible for building pipeline through outbound prospecting while working alongside SDR and marketing support to convert inbound opportunities.
The role includes occasional travel for industry trade shows (2–4 per quarter).

About the Role
We’re seeking a founding Account Executive with a true hunter mentality and a track record of full-cycle SaaS sales success. This is a strategic and entrepreneurial role for a motivated sales professional who thrives in outbound prospecting and consultative selling environments. You’ll be responsible for identifying high-potential accounts, running the entire sales process from outreach to close, and building deep relationships with customers.
This is a remote-first position with flexibility and autonomy—ideal for someone who is disciplined, process-driven, and passionate about building from the ground up. As one of the first AEs on the team, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our sales culture and will have a clear path to future sales leadership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to close across SMB and mid-market accounts
Develop and execute strategic outbound campaigns to identify new business opportunities
Conduct effective discovery to understand customer pain points, align solutions, and communicate differentiated value
Deliver compelling product demos that showcase how the platform streamlines field operations and drives measurable ROI
Collaborate with Marketing and SDR teams to convert inbound interest into qualified pipeline
Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term account growth
Consistently meet or exceed your revenue quota through disciplined forecasting and pipeline management
Track all sales activities and maintain accurate CRM hygiene using HubSpot and associated tools
What We’re Looking For
2 to 4+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong preference for mid-market focus
Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting, pipeline development, and closing net-new business
Strong business acumen and ability to lead C-level conversations across both technical and operational stakeholders
Proven ability to map product features to customer needs and clearly articulate ROI and business value
Experience selling into verticals such as transportation, logistics, utilities, or energy is highly desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executives and technical teams alike
Highly organized and self-motivated with a process-oriented mindset
Proficient with modern sales tools, including HubSpot, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and related platforms
Bachelor’s degree preferred
