We need someone who can make quiet ambition impossible to scroll past.
You'll bring six Energies to life:
1. Silent Hustler: builds in silence, lets results talk
2. Slay The Rep: gym energy, discipline as self-respect
3. Princess Energy: soft, particular, completely unbothered
4. Good Enough Energy: done beats perfect, rest is part of the plan
5. Weird Premium Energy: intentionally imperfect, oddly elegant
6. Free Spirit Energy: no schedule, no apology
What you'll own:
→ Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest, from strategy through posting to community
→ Content series for each Energy
→ Spotting UK Gen Z trends before they peak
→ Monthly reports on what worked and what we test next
You're right for this if:
→ You're UK-based or have hands-on UK market experience, especially growing TikTok for a UK audience
→ You've grown an account and can show us the before and after
→ You write captions that sound human, not like a campaign
→ You get UK Gen Z women: their humour, their references, and what they're tired of seeing
→ You bring ideas, not just execution
