Dynamics CRM Architect

PeerSource is currently recruiting for a Dynamics CRM Architect on a Direct Hire basis. This role can be located on a hybrid basis from most US cities; fully remote may be considered for an exceptional candidate.
Summary
We are seeking a senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 technical leader to own the architecture and delivery of scalable, secure enterprise CRM solutions. This role will lead full-lifecycle Dynamics initiatives spanning solution architecture, Power Platform, integrations, data migration, ERP connectivity, and M&A onboarding while establishing repeatable technical and delivery patterns. The position will also provide technical leadership to distributed teams, system integrators, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery of enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, from requirements and solution design through deployment and post-go-live support.
Own technical architecture across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, Dataverse, customizations, security, reporting, and related platform capabilities.
Design and oversee enterprise integrations using APIs, Azure Integration Services, middleware, and event-driven architectures, including connectivity between Dynamics and ERP platforms.
Establish repeatable data migration and integration frameworks supporting ongoing operations, acquisitions, divestitures, and other complex organizational integrations.
Lead distributed technical teams consisting of Dynamics developers, integration specialists, data engineers, system integrators, and external vendors while maintaining accountability for technical quality.
Partner with enterprise architecture, data, analytics, product, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable, supportable solutions with an out-of-the-box-first approach.
Govern technical delivery through enterprise SDLC practices covering requirements traceability, design reviews, unit/SIT/regression/UAT testing, releases, deployment, cutover, and production readiness.
Manage Microsoft platform releases and maintain a forward-looking Dynamics capability roadmap while ensuring solutions meet enterprise security, risk, privacy, and governance requirements.
Required Skills
12+ years of progressive experience delivering enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, with significant ownership of complex technical implementations.
Proven leadership of multiple full-lifecycle Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, including architecture, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Prior experience working for established consulting companies or professional services organizations.
Deep technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including Sales, Service, and Marketing, along with Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
Hands-on expertise with Dynamics architecture and customization frameworks, APIs, Azure Integration Services, middleware, data migration strategies, and security models/role configuration.
Strong knowledge of enterprise integrations, SDLC, testing methodologies, release/deployment management, and Agile delivery frameworks; SAFe experience is preferred.
Experience leading distributed technical teams and directing system integrators or external vendors in complex enterprise environments.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Experience with large-scale transformations, ERP integrations, or M&A onboarding is preferred.
