RestaurantZone is seeking a proven full-desk agency recruiter and business developer with an established, transferable client book who can generate revenue through both sales and recruiting.
This is a hands-on producer role with leadership upside — not a pure management position.
We're looking for someone who already knows how to originate business, close recruiting agreements, recruit talent, make placements, and grow client relationships. Most importantly, you should have existing relationships you believe can realistically follow you and generate business at RestaurantZone.
If we're investing a competitive base salary, we're looking for someone who can bring proven production and real revenue potential from day one.
Your Client Book
A transferable or highly actionable client book is required for this position.
We're looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
Meaningful client relationships they personally originated and own
Clients who would realistically take their call after joining RestaurantZone
Relationships capable of producing searches within the first 30–180 days
Historical revenue generated from those relationships
A realistic path to $250K+ annual personal production
Active or near-term hiring relationships are strongly preferred
We don't expect guarantees that every client will transfer. We do expect specific, credible relationships with demonstrated history and realistic revenue potential.
Industries We're Most Interested In
RestaurantZone's core business is restaurant and hospitality, but we're open to strong producers from adjacent industries where the client book can create an additional revenue channel.

You do not need to come exclusively from hospitality. A strong transferable book, proven production, and the ability to build a profitable desk matter more.
What You'll Do
Bring existing client relationships onto the RestaurantZone platform
Generate new business and continue expanding your book
Sell contingency, retained, and executive search services
Personally recruit and fill management, corporate, culinary, and executive searches
Farm existing accounts into recurring and multi-role relationships
Manage the full desk from business development through placement
Drive interviews, offers, negotiations, and closes
Collaborate with RZ recruiters to monetize larger accounts
Lead by example through personal production
RestaurantZone operates primarily in direct-hire, contingency, retained, and executive search, rather than traditional temporary staffing or labor dispatch.

Production Profile
Strong candidates will typically demonstrate:
$250K–$750K+ historical annual billings/revenue
Multiple placements per month
Meaningful personally originated revenue
An established transferable client book
Successful full-desk agency recruiting experience
Strong business development and closing ability
Your current title isn't particularly important. You may currently be a Senior Recruiter, Principal Recruiter, Sales Manager, Recruiting Manager, Director, Managing Director, Managing Partner, or similar producer.
Production + book + hunger matter more than title.
Compensation
Base Salary: $50,000–$75,000, based heavily on historical production, transferable book, and projected revenue
Aggressive uncapped commissions
Additional upside for personal placements, originated business, account growth, and collaborative production
Strong Performer: $125K–$175K+
High Performer: $175K–$250K+
Elite Performer: $275K+
