Client Services Trainer

About The Role
We are looking for a forward-thinking Trainer who is passionate about developing people, improving performance, and helping teams reach their full potential. In this role, you will enhance and deliver training programs for our Client Service Coordinators, equipping them with the skills, confidence, and tools they need to refine their processes, better serve clients, and achieve exceptional results.
You’ll play a critical role in shaping the effectiveness of our Client Service Coordinator teams by coaching team members, refining training processes, and creating impactful learning experiences. From onboarding new hires to measuring the success of training initiatives, you’ll help ensure our teams are continuously improving and positioned for long-term success.

What You’ll Do
Ask thoughtful questions, listen to feedback, and observe team performance to identify opportunities for improvement
Enhance and maintain training curricula while ensuring programs remain effective, practical, and scalable
Develop engaging physical and digital training materials, including videos, presentations, guides, and case studies
Lead onboarding and training programs for new CSC’s
Conduct individual and team coaching sessions focused on strengths, development areas, and performance goals
Monitor team objectives, performance metrics, and results to measure training effectiveness
Develop engaging learning experiences that help client service coordinators build confidence and strengthen their day-to-day processes
Collect feedback from trainees and managers to continuously improve training programs
Report on the impact and outcomes of training initiatives, including improvements in team performance
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of training materials, curricula, participation, and associated costs
Partner with leadership and team members to reinforce best practices and create a culture of continuous learning
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Trainer, Training Specialist, Learning & Development professional, or similar role
Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities, onboarding, coaching, and web-based learning
Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms and modern training methodologies
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities
Ability to ask thoughtful questions, listen effectively, and adapt training based on individual and team needs
Ability to motivate, coach, and influence individuals with diverse backgrounds and experience levels
Strong attention to detail, diligence, and follow-through
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and a genuine desire to help others succeed
Additional certifications in training, coaching, adult learning, or a related field are a plus
Willingness and ability to travel up to 20 weeks per year
