Role Description The NGO Fund Raiser Specialist Partner is a part-time, remote role responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support Manaa Foundation’s programs and operations. On a day-to-day basis, the specialist will identify potential donors and partners, prepare compelling proposals and presentations, and manage outreach through email, calls, and virtual meetings. The role includes maintaining donor relationships, tracking fundraising activities, and reporting on progress and impact to internal stakeholders. The specialist will collaborate with program teams to align fundraising messages with project goals and ensure consistent communication across campaigns. This position is ideal for an individual who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and contribute strategic ideas to expand the foundation’s funding base.
Qualifications
Fundraising and development skills, including donor prospecting, proposal writing, and campaign planning.
Relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience in managing donor or partner communication.
Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to craft persuasive narratives.
Organizational and project management skills, such as tracking activities, meeting deadlines, and coordinating with remote teams.
Basic financial and analytical skills, including budgeting awareness and monitoring fundraising performance metrics.
Prior experience in the non-profit or social impact sector is highly beneficial.
Comfort working in a remote, part-time capacity with reliable internet access and appropriate digital tools.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Business, Communications, Public Administration) or equivalent practical experience.
