Prepare standard corporate documents, forms, resolutions, and supporting documentation under the guidance of senior team members.
Coordinate with MSA Asia’s local corporate secretarial, accounting, tax, and compliance teams regarding client requirements and filing deadlines.
Track annual returns, licence renewals, corporate filings, and other recurring compliance obligations.
Assist with changes to existing companies, including changes of directors, shareholders, registered addresses, company names, and other corporate information.
Respond to routine client enquiries concerning incorporation procedures, document requirements, filing status, and corporate administration.
Maintain accurate records of client instructions, submitted documents, regulatory filings, approvals, and completed corporate actions.
Update internal systems and client records to ensure that company information remains accurate and current.
Help improve internal corporate administration procedures, checklists, templates, and client communication processes.
Key Qualifications
A university degree, diploma, or relevant professional qualification in business, law, accounting, finance, international business, or a related field is preferred.
Previous professional experience is helpful but not required; applications from recent graduates and candidates at the beginning of their careers are welcome.
An interest in company incorporation, corporate administration, accounting, compliance, or international business.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail, particularly when reviewing names, dates, identification documents, company information, and regulatory forms.
Strong written and spoken English.
Good general computer skills and confidence working with spreadsheets, documents, online systems, and databases.
