Role Description The Vice President of Marketing is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across Klug Holdings’ portfolio companies. This role oversees brand positioning, demand generation, and go-to-market planning for diverse business lines, including mobile apps, e-commerce, real estate projects, and FinTech initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading market research and analysis, guiding market planning efforts, managing marketing budgets, and aligning marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. The Vice President of Marketing will direct and mentor marketing teams, coordinate with product, sales, and operations leaders, and ensure consistent messaging and performance across all channels. Additional responsibilities include overseeing public relations efforts, managing key external agency and vendor relationships, tracking key performance metrics, and presenting marketing performance and strategy recommendations to executive leadership.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing Management to design and lead integrated marketing strategies.
Demonstrated expertise in Market Research to identify opportunities, understand customer segments, and inform data-driven decisions.
Comprehensive experience in Marketing across digital and traditional channels, including campaign development and performance optimization.
Ability to manage Public Relations activities, including brand reputation, media relations, and external communications.
Proven leadership experience in senior marketing roles, preferably within multi-business or multi-industry environments.
Experience building and mentoring distributed teams and collaborating effectively in a remote work setting.
Strong analytical skills, proficiency with marketing analytics tools, and ability to interpret data to guide strategy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present complex information to executive stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is beneficial.
Experience in technology-driven sectors such as mobile applications, e-commerce, real estate development, or FinTech is a plus.
