Litigation Attorney (Contract) | Remote | 1-Year Assignment
Trustpoint.one has teamed up with a well-respected mid-sized law firm in their search for a Litigation Attorney for a fully remote, one-year contract assignment supporting a high-profile technology and gaming client with a very large amount of active litigation matters pending in federal courts across the United States.
This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level litigator who enjoys substantive drafting work and is comfortable taking ownership of assignments in a fast-paced litigation environment.
Responsibilities
Draft a wide variety of litigation documents, including motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other court filings.
Support all phases of commercial litigation matters pending in federal courts nationwide.
Collaborate closely with legal teams and clients on active case strategy and execution.
Assist with additional litigation activities as needed, including depositions, trial preparation, case management, and related tasks.
Independently manage drafting assignments with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality work product.
Qualifications
Active membership in the California Bar required.
3-5 years of commercial litigation experience at a law firm or comparable legal environment.
Experience handling multiple phases of litigation, including substantial legal research and drafting responsibilities.
Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed legal team.
Federal court litigation experience strongly preferred.
Work Arrangement
100% Remote
One-Year Contract Assignment
Candidates must be available to work Pacific Time hours and attend regular internal and client virtual meetings.
