Digital Marketing Coordinator

Our client is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to help improve project coordination, marketing execution, and workflow automation across the team.
This role will act as a key link between the client, marketing, and internal teams. A major focus will be taking information from customer calls, turning it into clear tasks and next steps, coordinating with the appropriate team members, and making sure projects move forward efficiently.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and an excellent communicator who can work independently and take ownership of projects from start to finish. The role will also be responsible for building and managing workflow automations within GoHighLevel.
Key Responsibilities
Review customer calls and information to identify tasks, deliverables, deadlines, and next steps.
Translate project discussions into clear, actionable tasks and organize them in Airtable.
Coordinate with different team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Follow up on project progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues.
Review information and deliverables from different teams to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project requirements.
Keep stakeholders updated on project status and communicate important updates to Loryn.
Support the execution and coordination of digital marketing initiatives.
Manage and maintain workflows and automations within GoHighLevel.
Build and optimize GoHighLevel workflows based on business and marketing requirements.
Support email marketing campaigns and related workflows.
Work with CRM data and ensure information is organized and accurate.
Use AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to improve productivity, organize information, and support marketing and project coordination tasks.
Collaborate with team members across marketing, operations, and other functions to keep projects moving.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate repetitive work, and make project coordination more efficient
Requirements
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and workflows.
Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel CRM.
Experience building and managing GoHighLevel workflow automations.
Experience with email marketing, preferably using Mailchimp.
Experience with Airtable for task and project management.
Familiarity with GA4 (Google Analytics 4).
Strong proficiency with Google Workspace / Google Suite.
Experience using Claude and ChatGPT as productivity and work tools.
Experience coordinating or managing teams and working across multiple functions.
Strong ability to review information and deliverables from other team members and identify missing or incorrect details.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly detail-oriented and organized.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Resourceful and proactive when solving problems or figuring out new processes and tools.
Must be located in Latam.
Nice to Have
Experience working in the healthcare industry.
Experience with healthcare marketing or healthcare-related customer workflows.
Experience with additional marketing automation and CRM platforms.
Experience creating more complex marketing and operational automations
