We are partnering with an established law firm with a strong presence in insurance defense and complex civil litigation. The firm offers attorneys the opportunity to handle substantial litigation matters for a Fortune 500 home improvement retailer while working in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
Develop case strategy and provide practical, business-focused legal advice.
Manage cases independently while collaborating with attorneys and legal professionals.

Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.
Conduct and defend depositions, hearings, mediations, and other proceedings.
Qualifications
Active California Bar license in good standing
3+ years of experience in personal injury defense or insurance defense litigation or premises liability or products liability matters..
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – $200,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
