Client Relations Representative – Client Services Department
Job Description
InfoMart, a company that has been revolutionizing the global background and identity screening industry for over 30 years, is seeking a Client Relations Representative to join our Client Services team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
The Client Representative is responsible for managing day-to-day client communication, resolving inquiries efficiently, maintaining accurate documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while delivering best-in-class client experience.
This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position with a starting pay range of $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
What You’ll Do
Respond to client questions and requests through email, live chat, and phone, providing helpful and timely support
Stay on top of incoming emails and voicemails and make sure clients receive timely follow-up
Work with other departments to resolve client questions and concerns
Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team and follow through to help ensure they are resolved
Keep accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups
Look for ways to improve the client experience and share feedback and trends with the appropriate teams
Participate in meetings and cross-functional projects, sharing client feedback and insights
Provide internal teams with the information and context they need to support clients effectively
Prepare and present client-facing materials, including business reviews and other presentations, to share updates, insights, and recommendations

Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum one year of client service, account management, or related experience
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Work Location: Remote/ Hybrid (Must reside in GA, FL, MS, MT or OR)
*This position is fully remote for out-of-state employees. Team members living within a one-hour commute of our Marietta, Georgia office are expected to attend occasional in-person events, which occur no more than once per quarter.
