Full Stack Engineer

Onstak Inc. is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across both frontend and backend development, with a focus on building scalable, reliable, and well-tested web applications.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain features across the full application stack, including frontend UI components and backend API services.
Write clean, well-tested, maintainable, and well-documented code aligned with established architecture and coding standards.
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions with the technical leadership team.
Develop and maintain automated test coverage across the full application stack.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Follow security, privacy, and application development best practices.
Ensure proper handling and protection of sensitive data in accordance with applicable security and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
3+ years of professional experience in full-stack web application development.
Strong hands-on experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frontend frameworks.
Strong experience with Python-based backend API development.
Experience with relational databases and ORM frameworks.
Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerized application environments.
Experience with automated testing across frontend and backend applications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, and remote environment.
Experience in healthcare technology or HIPAA-regulated environments is preferred.

Working Hours:
Core Hours: Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM US Pacific Time, unless otherwise agreed.
Availability outside core hours, including public holidays and weekends, may be required based on project and business needs.
