About The Client
On behalf of our client, a fast-scaling B2B iGaming & casino platform provider, we are looking for experienced Sales Manager to drive new business acquisition and secure long-term operator partnerships worldwide.
The Role
As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding client’s market footprint across global iGaming territories. You will manage the entire commercial cycle from proactive lead generation and pipeline management to contract negotiation and deal closure.
This role is ideal for a high-performing business development professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial tech environment and possesses a solid rolodex of iGaming operator contacts.
Responsibilities
Identify, pitch, and close high-value platform and infrastructure deals with online casino operators globally.
Own the full sales funnel from outbound prospecting to qualification, product demonstrations, commercial negotiations, and closing.
Leverage existing industry relationships and proactively build new connections with C-level executives, Heads of Casino, and commercial decision-makers.
Understand prospective clients’ technical architecture, business requirements, and operational bottlenecks, positioning our client’s solutions effectively.
Represent the company at major industry events, expos, and networking summits (e.g., ICE, SiGMA, SBC).
Partner closely with Technical, Product, and Account Management teams to ensure smooth post-sale handovers and seamless client onboarding.
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and sales forecasting within CRM, providing regular market feedback to leadership.
Requirements
Industry Experience (Strict Requirement): Proven track record (3+ years) in B2B sales or business development specifically within the iGaming industry (platform providers, aggregators, or B2B casino software).
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding revenue quotas within B2B technology sales.
An existing, active network of contacts among Tier 1 and Tier 2 online casino operators.
Strong negotiation skills, deep understanding of SaaS/platform revenue models, rev-share agreements, and licensing frameworks.
High self-motivation and discipline to work productively and independently in a 100% remote setting.
Fluent English (written and verbal) is essential.
Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, German, or Russian) is a strong advantage.
