Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full-stack Developer role based in Coimbatore. The Full-stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications that support NS Garments’ internal operations and customer-facing platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and integrating front-end interfaces, developing secure and scalable back-end services, and ensuring seamless communication between different system components. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing performance, and contributing to continuous improvement of digital tools and workflows.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience delivering end-to-end web solutions.
Proficiency in Front-End Development, including HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
Experience in Back-End Web Development, working with server-side frameworks, databases, and APIs.
Understanding of version control systems, testing practices, and deployment processes.
Ability to analyze requirements, write clean and maintainable code, and solve complex technical problems.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical team members.
Familiarity with manufacturing or retail business processes is an advantage.
