Role Description This is a full-time, on-site EXIM Executive role based in Supa Parner MIDC. The EXIM Executive will manage day-to-day import and export documentation, including preparation, verification, and submission of shipping, customs, and banking documents. The role will involve coordinating with internal teams, freight forwarders, customs agents, and regulatory authorities to ensure timely shipments and compliance with all applicable trade regulations. The EXIM Executive will track shipments, update records, maintain accurate MIS reports, and manage communication related to delivery schedules and logistics issues. The role also includes monitoring changes in export-import policies, supporting audits, and helping optimize processes for cost-effective and compliant international trade operations.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of export-import procedures, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Experience coordinating with logistics partners, customs agents, and banks for EXIM transactions.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), email communication, and basic ERP or trade management systems.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and local language as required.
Ability to work on-site in Parner and collaborate with cross-functional operational and finance teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, International Trade, or a related field; EXIM certification is an advantage.
Prior experience in an EXIM or logistics-related role in a manufacturing or corporate environment is preferred.
