Senior Event Producer & Designer
We’re looking for a Senior Event Producer & Designer who can take an experiential project from an initial brief through creative development, production and on-site execution.
This role combines creative thinking with strong production leadership. You’ll develop event concepts and environments while managing the budgets, vendors, timelines and details required to bring them to life.
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of experience producing and designing experiential events, brand activations, pop-ups and/or corporate events
A strong portfolio of completed event and experiential work — required to apply
Ability to develop creative concepts, mood boards, spatial direction and overall event design
Experience independently leading projects from kickoff through execution
Strong understanding of fabrication, custom builds, rentals, print, décor, AV and event logistics
Experience developing and managing production budgets and workback schedules
Confidence sourcing, briefing and managing vendors and production partners
Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
Excellent organization with the ability to manage multiple active projects and shifting priorities
Comfortable being hands-on during installs, event days and strikes
Ability to travel and work outside standard business hours when projects require it
Valid driver’s licence
