Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Fluent English Speaking Hard-Core Sales Professional (Education Sales Closer). The role involves engaging with prospective students via phone, email, and online meetings to present Arhanta Yoga’s training programs, understand their needs, and guide them to the most suitable courses. The professional will manage the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, follow-ups, objection handling, and closing enrollments, while maintaining accurate records in CRM or related systems. Daily responsibilities include meeting or exceeding enrollment targets, coordinating with marketing to optimize lead quality, and providing feedback on messaging and offers. The role also includes maintaining strong product knowledge of all training programs, staying current with updates, and representing the academy with a consultative, ethical, and student-focused sales approach.
Qualifications
Strong sales and closing skills, including consultative selling, objection handling, and negotiation.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with clear, confident, and empathetic interaction.
Experience with online sales tools, CRM systems, and basic digital communication platforms (email, video calls, chat).
Ability to manage a high volume of leads, prioritize follow-ups, and work independently to meet or exceed targets.
Background in education sales, online courses, or training services is highly preferred; familiarity with yoga or wellness is a plus.
Strong customer service mindset, with a commitment to ethical selling and supporting learners in making informed decisions.
Comfort working remotely across time zones, with reliable internet access and a professional home office setup.
Relevant education in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent proven sales experience.
