Founding Partner & Chief Scientific Officer

BioMedAna is looking for a Co-Founder & Chief Scientific Officer to join us as we build the next generation of AI-native intelligence for biopharma.
We are beyond the idea stage. Our platform is built, the product is ready, and we are already in active discussions with biopharma companies. We are now looking for the right scientific leader to help shape the next chapter of BioMedAna.
BioMedAna connects process data, hybrid modeling and AI-powered agents to help biopharma teams accelerate development, improve scale-up and technology transfer, optimize manufacturing, and turn process knowledge into reusable intelligence.
What we're looking for
Someone with deep experience in bioprocess development, process sciences, MSAT, CMC or biomanufacturing, ideally with hands-on expertise across one or more areas such as:
mAbs / biologics
Recombinant proteins
Fermentation / microbial processes
Vaccines
Cell & gene therapy
ADCs
Process development, scale-up and technology transfer
PAT, process modeling or advanced bioprocess analytics
What you would do
As Co-Founder & CSO, you would:
Shape BioMedAna's scientific and bioprocess strategy
Ensure our Hub, Hybrid Twin and Agents solve meaningful scientific and manufacturing problems
Work directly with biopharma customers and scientific leaders
Help translate industry challenges into high-value product capabilities and use cases
Guide scientific validation and credibility of our models and recommendations
Help develop partnerships with biopharma companies, CDMOs, technology providers and research organizations
Represent BioMedAna with customers, partners and the broader scientific community
Build the scientific organization as the company grows
Who would be a strong fit
We are particularly interested in someone who has spent significant time inside biopharma or a leading CDMO and understands how decisions actually get made from development through scale-up and manufacturing.
This could be an experienced VP/Head/Director of Process Development, MSAT, CMC, Manufacturing Sciences, Bioprocessing or related scientific function who wants to move from advising on the future of biopharma to helping build it.
Important
This is a co-founder role and initially equity-only until BioMedAna reaches an appropriate revenue or funding milestone. It is best suited for someone who believes in the opportunity, wants meaningful ownership, and is excited about building a company—not simply taking another executive position.
The technology is built. Customer conversations are underway. Now we're looking for the scientific co-founder who can help us turn BioMedAna into an important intelligence platform for biopharma.
