Role Description The Inspired Culture Executive Advisor is a remote, contract role responsible for guiding executive clients and leadership teams through culture-focused advising and coaching engagements. Day-to-day activities include conducting virtual coaching sessions, assessing organizational culture and leadership dynamics, and developing tailored strategies to enhance engagement, performance, and alignment with core values. The Advisor will design and deliver leadership development content, provide practical tools and frameworks, and offer ongoing guidance that supports transformation at individual and organizational levels. This role also involves collaborating with internal colleagues on program design, maintaining detailed documentation of client progress, and ensuring a consistently high-quality, inclusive client experience.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in executive coaching, leadership advising, or organizational development, with a focus on culture and change.
Strong skills in relationship-building, active listening, and empathetic communication to support diverse clients and stakeholders.
Ability to assess organizational dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and design actionable strategies for culture and leadership improvement.
Comfort with remote work, virtual facilitation tools, and managing multiple client engagements in an online environment.
Proven capacity to create and deliver concise, impactful coaching materials, frameworks, and leadership development resources.
Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices and supporting clients from varied backgrounds and identities.
Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, organizational leadership, or a related field; advanced credentials in coaching or consulting are an asset.
Prior experience working with executives, founders, or senior leaders in growing organizations is strongly preferred.
