Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred/required as applicable.
Strong command of English communication, both written and spoken.
Good subject knowledge and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with digital teaching tools.
Candidates with relevant teaching experience in a CBSE school will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver effective, engaging, and age-appropriate lessons.
Complete the prescribed syllabus within the academic schedule.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
Maintain proper records of students' academic performance and progress.
Regularly check notebooks, classwork, homework, and assignments.
Conduct class tests, periodic assessments, and examinations as assigned.
Identify students who need additional support and provide appropriate guidance.
Maintain discipline and create a positive, respectful, and engaging classroom environment.
Encourage students to participate actively in academic and co-curricular activities.
Communicate appropriately with parents regarding students' academic progress and behaviour.
Participate in school events, meetings, training programmes, and other assigned duties.
Follow the school's academic policies, teaching standards, timetable, and administrative procedures.
Work collaboratively with other teachers and school management to improve students' overall development.
Take responsibility for the overall academic, behavioural, and personal development of students entrusted to the teacher.
Salary Range
Elementary Teacher - 8,000 - 14,000
Primary - 10,000 - 15,000
Secondary - 12,000 - 20,000
