Role Description The Client Relationship Executive is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client business objectives, coordinating digital marketing services, and ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and reports. The role involves regular communication with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services. The Client Relationship Executive will work closely with internal teams to align project execution with client expectations and maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Business Relationship Management and Relationship Building to develop and maintain long-term partnerships.
Candidates should possess skills in Client Relations and Account Management to handle client portfolios and ensure service quality.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to convey complex information clearly and manage client interactions effectively.
Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or related fields is beneficial.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts remotely.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation tools).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
