Role Description This part-time remote Human Resources Specialist role supports MANNOCKS (CORPORATE WEAR) LIMITED in managing day-to-day HR operations. Responsibilities include administering HR policies, assisting with employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining accurate personnel records. The role involves coordinating employee benefits, responding to HR-related inquiries, and supporting compliance with relevant employment laws and company standards. The Human Resources Specialist will also help managers with performance documentation, employee relations, and basic HR reporting, while collaborating virtually with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) principles and practices, with the ability to apply them in daily operations.
Experience in HR Management and Personnel Management, including maintaining employee records and supporting managers.
Knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation, with attention to consistency and regulatory compliance.
Understanding of Employee Benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee communication.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Proficiency with HR software or HRIS systems and standard office applications (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing).
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity.
Prior experience in HR support roles; a relevant qualification or certification in Human Resources is beneficial.
