Role Overview:
We are looking for an Operations & Logistics Executive to manage and coordinate day-to-day operational and logistics activities at Unit-4, Mambattu. The role ensures smooth material movement, timely dispatches, inventory coordination, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate inward and outward logistics operations at the unit.
• Plan and monitor dispatch schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Coordinate with transporters, vendors, production, stores, and project teams.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation including GRNs, challans, invoices, and e-way bills.
• Track vehicle movement and ensure compliance with safety and statutory norms.
• Support inventory movement, stock reconciliation, and inter-unit material transfers.
• Maintain daily and weekly MIS related to operations and logistics.
• Resolve operational or logistics-related issues in coordination with the unit team.
Qualifications:
• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• 1–5 years of experience in Operations / Logistics / Plant coordination.
• Exposure to core PEB manufacturing or project logistics is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
Preference:
• Candidates from PEB, steel fabrication, or project-based manufacturing environments.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
