Media Buyer – 4+ Years Experience

We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer who can take ownership of paid campaigns, optimise performance and drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and other paid platforms.
Develop campaign strategies aligned with business and lead-generation goals.
Manage advertising budgets and optimise campaigns for CPL, CPA, ROAS and conversions.
Conduct audience research, targeting and segmentation.
Plan and execute A/B tests across audiences, creatives, ad copies and landing pages.
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Analyse marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Work closely with creative, content, design and development teams to improve campaign performance.
Track leads, conversions and customer acquisition metrics.
Prepare regular performance reports and communicate key insights.
Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining efficiency and ROI.
Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, algorithms, tools and performance marketing trends.
What We're Looking For
4+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
Strong practical experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Good understanding of paid acquisition, lead generation and conversion optimisation.
Strong knowledge of campaign metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS and conversion rate.
Experience with campaign testing, optimisation and scaling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
Good understanding of landing pages, funnels and conversion journeys.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Proactive mindset with a strong focus on measurable results.
Good to Have
Experience with Google Analytics / GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
Experience with CRM and lead-tracking systems.
Understanding of conversion tracking and attribution.
Experience working with creative teams on performance-driven creatives.
Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, technology or lead-generation campaigns.
