Position: Senior Analyst E-Commerce
Please Note: Experience in AMS, Quick Commerce, Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) & Amazon DSP is mandatory. Only Candidates with 1-3 years of experience should apply.
This is a Delhi-based position and work from office only!
Work Location: Sector 23 Dwarka, Delhi
We are looking for a Senior Analyst E-Commerce for our E-Commerce services division. The role requires strong expertise in marketplace performance marketing, Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), Amazon DSP, growth strategy, and client lifecycle management, with complete ownership of brand growth, account expansion, upselling, cross-selling, and revenue delivery. An ideal candidate is an e-Commerce enthusiast with knowledge of e-commerce portals and a minimum of 1-3 years of overall experience. As this is a client-facing role, good communication skills and the ability to work with and lead a team are required.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy and execution across E-commerce & Q-commerce platforms.
Lead Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Myntra Ads, Quick Commerce Ads, Amazon DSP, and AMC-driven performance strategies.
Understanding the client’s business needs and acting as a liaison between the client and departments within the company to convey information, ensure understanding, and ensure everything gets done accurately timely manner.
Monitor and optimize key KPIs – Revenue, ROAS, ACoS/TACoS, CVR, CTR, and traffic growth.
Analyzing the data and contributing towards continuous improvement of the eCommerce strategy for the Brand’s business growth.
Keeping up on trends, changes, and competitor actions that might affect the client’s performance on e-commerce platforms.
Making the client aware of other services and actions that may lead to greater success.
Monitoring the client’s budget, explaining costs, and negotiating new terms if necessary.
Providing timely progress reports to clients and upper management.
Contributing to the development of various eCommerce service/solution offerings.
Monitoring promotional activities at various Marketplaces.
Analyzing daily/monthly/Quarterly dashboards/reports of progress, status, metrics, and KPIs.
Good understanding of Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central/Advertising/Account Management/Policies etc.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in E-commerce & Quick Commerce performance marketing.
Strong hands-on expertise in Amazon Ads, AMC, Amazon DSP, Flipkart Ads, Myntra Ads, and Q-commerce platforms.
Good Excel knowledge is a must.
Mathematical ability, to work with figures and budgets without compromising accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple clients/projects at the same time.
