Skyvibe Groups is looking for a detail-oriented Backend Operations Executive to support our sales team through effective lead management, call quality monitoring, process tracking, and operational improvement.
🔎 Key Responsibilities
📞 Call Quality Monitoring
Monitor inbound and outbound sales calls
Evaluate communication, pitch accuracy, and process adherence
Maintain call audit reports and track performance trends
📊 BDE Activity Tracking
Track BDE activities during on-site visits
Monitor check-ins, timelines, and productivity
🎯 Lead Management & Recovery
Identify dropped, missed, and unresponsive leads
Re-engage leads before and after sales visits
Support improvement in lead conversion
⚙️ Process Improvement & Gap Analysis
Identify gaps in sales and lead-management processes
Highlight communication, tracking, and execution issues
Support process improvements and workflow optimization
Handle escalations involving delayed or mishandled leads
Monitor TAT for lead handling
Collect and analyze customer feedback
Track competitor/market feedback from field inputs
