Role Description The Case Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting attorneys and clients through all stages of personal injury and related legal matters. Day-to-day tasks include managing case files, tracking deadlines, and maintaining accurate documentation in the case management system. The Case Manager communicates regularly with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and partner law firms to gather information, provide updates, and coordinate next steps. Additional responsibilities may include preparing basic correspondence and forms, organizing evidence and records, scheduling appointments and hearings, and assisting with settlement preparation. The role requires consistent follow-up, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering professional, respectful service to every client.
Qualifications
Strong case management and organizational skills, including file maintenance, deadline tracking, and documentation.
Client communication skills, including clear phone and written communication, active listening, and professional follow-up.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage time independently, and use online collaboration tools.
Proficiency with office software and legal case management systems, or willingness to learn new tools quickly.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling records, forms, and data entry.
Experience in a law firm, insurance, medical, or legal support setting is preferred but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or paralegal/case management training is a plus.
Commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory client service and the ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
