Program Manager

The Program Manager will drive complex, cross-functional programs from planning to execution. This role requires strong ownership, stakeholder management, structured problem-solving, and the ability to keep multiple teams aligned toward business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end planning and execution of strategic programs.
Define goals, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.
Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, Finance, and other teams.
Track program progress, dependencies, risks, and critical decisions.
Identify bottlenecks early and drive teams toward timely resolution.
Manage senior stakeholders and provide clear, regular program updates.
Build processes that improve execution, accountability, and operational efficiency.
Lead cross-functional meetings, reviews, and decision-making forums.
Manage changes in scope, priorities, resources, and timelines.
Measure program outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
5–10 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Operations, or a related role.
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
Experience with project/program management tools and frameworks.
Strong ownership and ability to operate independently.
