a luxury lifestyle management and concierge company serving HNI & UHNI individuals, families and corporate clients across India and international markets. We curate personalised experiences across luxury travel, gastronomy, hospitality, wellness, events, art, entertainment, lifestyle and bespoke concierge services. The Role The Marketing Manager will execute The Celestial's 360° marketing function across brand, digital, social media, content, partnerships, events, CRM, performance marketing and lead generation. This is a hands-on role for someone who can combine luxury brand building with commercial thinking and understands how to communicate with an affluent, discerning audience. Key Responsibilities ● Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy. ● Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, digital campaigns and content calendars. ● Drive premium brand communication across social media, email, website and marketing collateral. ● Plan campaigns for membership acquisition and corporate leads. ● Build and manage collaborations with luxury hotels, automotive, fashion, jewellery, F&B, wellness, travel and lifestyle brands. ● Support marketing of exclusive member events and experiences. ● Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, photographers and other vendors. ● Manage CRM, email marketing and database communication. ● Oversee performance marketing across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, where relevant. ● Track marketing performance, lead quality and ROI. ● Stay updated on luxury, lifestyle and consumer trends. Who We're Looking For ● 4–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury, hospitality, travel, lifestyle, fashion, premium automotive, real estate or other premium sectors. ● Strong understanding of digital and social media marketing. ● Excellent communication and storytelling skills. ● Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail. ● Creative thinker with a commercial mindset. ● Ability to manage multiple projects and external partners. ● Comfortable working with senior management and luxury brands. ● Passion for luxury, travel, lifestyle and experiences.
