Our client builds the transcription technology behind some of the biggest names in financial data. The platform transcribes calls, and analysts and investors use those records as a basis in making multi-million financial decisions the same day.
The AI produces the transcript. It will mark the parts it is unsure of and send them to a human.
That human is you. You listen to the audio and confirm that the transcript is what was actually said. Where the audio contains an industry term, a company name or a figure the AI could not place, you verify it against a reliable source before you answer. Your input trains the next version.
Reviewers with a strong accuracy record move up. Higher tiers settle the cases nobody else could and are paid at a higher rate.
