📊 Strategic Insights: Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) and collaborate closely with executive leadership.
Who We Are Looking For
Core Experience: 14+ years in continuous manufacturing operations.
Industry Focus: Strong background in Solar Glass, Solar Modules/Panels, Glass Processing, or high-volume continuous production environments.
Methodologies: Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and quality assurance systems.
Leadership Style: Decisive, strategic, and skilled at crisis management and cross-functional coordination.
