WE ARE HIRING: Hydraulic Engineer (Maintenance & Troubleshooting) 🔥
We are looking for a skilled Hydraulic Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize high-pressure hydraulic test rigs and machinery at our Mumbai facility! 🛠️
📍 Location: Navi Mumbai
💰 Salary / CTC: ₹4.20 LPA – ₹5.50 LPA
💼 Experience: 8-10 Years
🎓 Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of hydraulic systems in test rigs.
🔹 Maintain NAS valve standards and ensure 0 contamination in hydraulic oil.
🔹 Troubleshoot hydraulic system faults (checking pressure levels, flow rates, and sensor feedback).
🔹 Conduct root cause analysis of breakdowns to minimize machine downtime.
🔹 Perform visual inspections for leaks, blockages, noise, and vibration.
🔹 Ensure full safety compliance and adhere strictly to SOPs.
Technical Skills Required
✔️ Hydraulic Systems: Valves (Pressure, Direction, Servo, Flow control), circuits, actuators, pumps (Parker, Rexroth), fluids, and seals.
✔️ High-Pressure Test Rigs: Maintenance expertise in 400–500 bar systems.
✔️ Machinery: VMC & HMC PM/Troubleshooting + general mechanical maintenance.
✔️ Plus: Basic knowledge of PLC/SCADA
