About the Role
Incuspaze is looking for a General Manager – PMO to lead project governance, controls, commercial performance, and delivery excellence across our pan-India portfolio of D&B, managed workspace, and commercial fit-out projects.
The role will oversee the project lifecycle from feasibility and bidding through design, procurement, execution, handover, and closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per approved P&L and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead governance and delivery of a multi-city portfolio of concurrent projects.
Drive project planning, scheduling, monitoring, risk management, and performance reviews.
Implement EVM, CPI, SPI, EAC, variance analysis, and project forecasting.
Own project budgets, P&L, cost-to-complete, margins, and cost optimisation.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Design, Procurement, and Project teams for seamless project delivery.
Oversee procurement, vendor performance, contracts, variations, claims, and commercial risks.
Establish and standardise PMO SOPs, RACI, project controls, reporting, and governance frameworks.
Lead PMO digital transformation through dashboards, automation, BI tools, and real-time project tracking.
Ensure design, BOQ, procurement, execution, quality, and handover remain aligned with project objectives.
Act as a senior escalation point for clients, landlords, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Present project portfolio performance, risks, and key decisions to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Architecture – Mandatory
MBA/PGDM in Construction or Project Management - Preferred
10–12 years of experience in PMO / Project Delivery, preferably in D&B, managed workspaces, commercial fit-outs, or construction.
Strong expertise in project controls, budgeting, scheduling, P&L, procurement, and contracts.
Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
Strong leadership, commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
PMP / Lean Six Sigma certification will be an added advantage.
