We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented leader to join our small but growing real estate investment company. This is a senior-level, fully remote role combining asset management, team oversight, transaction coordination, and executive-level support.
✅ What You’ll Do:
Oversee performance of a diverse real estate portfolio (residential/multifamily/commercial)
Manage transactions from contract to close (due diligence, timelines, communication)
Provide high-level executive support, reporting, and system oversight
Lead and manage remote teams, VAs, and third-party vendors
Help build and manage lead pipelines and sourcing strategies
📌 Requirements:
3+ years’ experience in U.S. real estate (leadership roles required)
Team management & process implementation experience
Experience with CRMs, transaction software, and remote collaboration tools
Strong research and critical thinking skills ESSENTIAL
Bonus: Experience with UK or Australian real estate
Highly organized, resourceful, and tech-savvy
High numerical literacy
Excellent English Communication Skill
Can start ASAP
