Role Description The Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for print, digital, and fintech-related products, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, developing design concepts and layouts, preparing production-ready files, and iterating based on feedback from stakeholders. The role also involves supporting marketing and product teams with graphics, illustrations, and user-focused design materials, while maintaining consistency and high quality across all deliverables.
Qualifications
Strong skills in visual and graphic design, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
Experience designing for both print and digital media, preferably in technology, fintech, or enterprise solution environments.
Ability to translate business and user requirements into clear, effective design concepts and assets.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities when working with product, marketing, and technical teams.
Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered.
Understanding of accessibility and usability principles; familiarity with UX/UI basics is an advantage.
Prior experience in secure solutions, financial services, or similar regulated industries is a plus.
